The person behind the work
I’m an IT support technician based in San Antonio with 8 years of hands-on experience. What started as tinkering with old computers and video game consoles as a kid, and helping out friends and family over the years, grew into a genuine passion. That passion eventually led me to ACI Tech Academy, where I earned my Computer User Support Specialist certification. I found that I loved figuring out what was wrong, explaining it clearly, and actually fixing it.
I care deeply about IT and security. Technology is more powerful today than it’s ever been, and my passion for it grows every single day. I believe people deserve secure, private systems from the start but that’s rarely how it works out. That’s what drives me.
